Today we enjoyed using our overripe bananas to make chocolate chip banana nut bread. The best thing about making banana nut bread is that no banana gets left behind. I used bananas that had been in my fridge for at least 10 days. 

The second best thing about this recipe is that the bread is moist with the perfect crisp top. As with all recipes, I never follow them exactly. This time I ran out of plant milk and used water instead. I also added cinnamon, because, why not? And yes, this recipe is vegan!

Lastly, this recipe is done in one bowl and makes for less dishes.

Nothing spells self-care like homemade baked goods. Enjoy a slice with our all natural foot soak on a cold day.
