Policies

Payments
All orders must be paid in full upon placement. Because each order is personalized, we must prepare ingredients, often weeks in advance to ensure on time delivery. When we have received full payment, then we will begin to process your order. Partial payment will delay and jeopardize you from receiving your order on time.

No Refunds
All orders are non-refundable after the order is submitted. Because each order is personalized, we will not be able to sell your order in our regular product line. Once we place our orders, we cannot receive a refund on our preparation, therefore we do not offer our customers refunds.

No Returns
We do not accept returns because of the vulnerability of our products. Returns are also rejected because customized orders are tailored to fit each specific customer.

Expedited Orders
Orders may be subject to a rush fee  that includes faster postage to ensure on time delivery. If you need a rush order, please let us know at the time you place your order so that we can let you know if we are able to accommodate your request.

Proofing
On custom bulk or wholesale orders, we may provide a sample of your order as a courtesy to you. Proofs are not guaranteed before your order is shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to submit photos, text, and other items without error or flaw. The burden of liability resides with the customer.

Shipping/Delivery
Depending on the type of product ordered and the availability, orders will be either mailed or delivered on or before the day of the event. Please allow additional time for bulk and custom orders. 

Changes to Orders
We reserve the right to substitute products depending on supply and demand. Customers, however, cannot change their order once it has been placed and they have received a confirmation e-mail for processing.
